Don’t like the way they give you the iPad to fill out on your own as you can see other people’s names that are waiting for their appointments. In the past, you would click on the boxes, sign where needed and give to the receptionist who was standing right there. They need to be a bit more thoughtful about PCI.

When we joined services were a full 60 minutes. Disappointed when that changed. My facial was fine.

I was asked to come early for my appointment but then waited for about 15 minutes. I was taken into my massage room late and the massage didn’t start until 15 minutes after my appt time. I booked a 1 hour massage and it was less than 45 minutes.

Nothings perfect!

Henry was very professional. There was no talking, unlike other experiences when I was distracted from the massage because of chit-chat. You honored an old gift card -delayed use because of medical problems and surgeries.

The massage was ok. My usual massage therapist was not there.

I was satisfied..it was a new masseuse..my massage went well..overall it was good..I do miss my usual masseuse who is unfortunately on medical leave..I’ve been with him for 5 years..takes time getting used to someone new

I've been there a few times over the past couple of years and it never feels like the front desk people know what they're doing. There has almost always been confusion with payment; this time they thought my tip didn't go through (it did). There doesn't seem to be consistency with policy among staff (how packages work, etc); everyone gives a different explanation. I only went this time because I had a specific area that was very painful that needed to be treated, and it was last minute.

I have been trying to book this appointment for a long time. While I’m happy that I finally got in it would have been better if I didn’t have to wait so long. I would have welcomed the opportunity for a 90 minute massage as well.
