I had one of the 5.00 coupons and I was talked into using it for my feet -some kind of a scrub and lotion. It was not worth the extra 15.00 at all and I was going to cancel it but my therapist didn't understand what I was trying to tell her. I also didn't want time taken away from my massage for this which it did. Not happy. But my therapist if really good.

Daphne is a wonderful esthetician. She is knowledgeable, friendly and answered any questions I had prior to my procedure.

I’ve been a customer for a long time and if one day I need to cancel my appointment, the front desk said they would charge me a fee.

I had to call 3 times to even schedule an appointment. The person on the phone was rushed and rude. When I finally reached someone, every day I asked about they were booked. I finally found a slot available and booked it. The night before, they changed the time. It was very frustrating. In general, I have found the front office people and the people on the phone terrible which is a shame because the actual services are generally very good.

Every business has room for improvement. One only needs to read the comments to see. In upcoming visits I hope that I will see some changes.

I’ve been a member for years. The price increases and the expensive add ons make this more expensive than I think it’s worth

Lisa was very good, but due to traffic on the NYS Thruway she was 10-15 minutes late. Not a BIG deal, and she did apologize more than once. I had dinner plans that got pushed a bit because of the delay.

Hounded by the front desk people to purchase a package after each time I visit. If I said no the first 2 times I should not be asked again and held there when I have places to go to. It makes me not want to come back
