I can NEVER get appointments.

Almost every visit there is a problem with the receptionist, charging the wrong amount, saying an appointment is booked to find out later that it was never put in the system. Your receptionists are a nightmare. It has gotten to the point I receive a print out of my bill, because there have been errors so often. I also have to double check that my next appointment has been made. If Brandi wasn't so good at her job I would have discontinued my member ship a long time ago because of your incompetent receptionists. Just this last time I went My next appointment wasn't booked in the system and , she charged me the wrong amount for the services too. This is a big problem.

My facial with Jill was amazing. Nothing dissatisfactory with her abilities. My appointment was followed by a massage with Marie. Mybworst massage ever. Ive bee. A client for quite some time and by far I have never had the urge to leave midsession. She completely disregarded any of my problem areas and did as she pleased. She had no technique and doesn't even perform as she ever had formal training.

It is advertised as an hour massage however it was only 40 minutes. The masseuse was great but I feel it should have been longer.

I felt as though service was great and staff was very knowledge about the services provided. Not fully satisfied with the increase in prices.

Thereceptionist never are friendly. They only say you are checked in and never make anyone really feel weldomed. There is always a new receptioinist every month, rarely is one there for more than 2 or 3 visits. Many can not answer the most basic questions.

I feel the therapist did not do enough massage to TMJ area that I was hoping for and left hip area. I told therapist I had RA and these were problem areas for me, and the neck area. She gave me a general body massage which covered these areas but didn’t zero in on them.

I do satisfied with the esthetician no complaints

Wish you stop raising the price,but need massage so I stay a member

Massage person, Rob, gave successful massage. Helped with tense muscles. Room a bit warm & he was unable to control room temperature.
