I’ve had several issues recently. An esthetician did several add ons that amounted to over $100 out of pocket (in addition to my membership cost) without mentioning they were add ons. And I was double booked with another client at the same time for my massage, but they took me in first. The receptionist interrupted my massage twice to tell the therapist he “had the wrong client” and then when I checked out, there was no mention about this hiccup. My massage therapist, Rob, is the sole reason I continue to come to this facility.

I was waiting over 10 minutes for my massage. No one realized it till 1:10 for my 1:00 apt They were able to get me in quickly after that

As a new customer, I thought I would be told more about products and services from the front desk. There was another customer also being helped at the same time by another receptionist and he was offered everything they had. I was just asked to pay and that was it.

receptionist was new still in training long hold times and difficult to book more than 1 appointment.

Don’t like to have to pay tip every time. Since I’m a member and come every month. And now that the price went up. Would like it better not to be obligated to tip

Every time I come there they do not know how to check out. I wait while they figure it out. Can’t the figure it out while I’m in the 2 hr spa apt? And not call me later in The day telling me they still can’t figure it out? There were 5 people at the desk and no one knows how to use a gift card.
