My paperwork was lost. There are not enough masseuses to support this location. Despite telling the masseuse to use more pressure, my feedback was ignored. I was brought in at time and done before time which wasn’t the full hour. Disappointing experience and I’ve have better experience with a chair massage at a mall.

I did not put highly satisfied because I always feel like my massage is never the full amount of time. By the time I get into the room, get undressed get under the covers, the therapist starts and by the end time I always feel like it’s more like 45 to 50 minutes.

Current therapist, although overall good, does have a chronic cough, possibly smoker's cough. Current lack of masseuses for male customers like me.

Everything there was very good but I think the prices are kinda high. Also, my spa card wasn’t accepted. It had money on it so I had to shrug out the entire amount myself.

The massage was supposed to be an hour which included getting ready, undressing and dressing. Therefore, the actual massage was only 30 minutes. I was expecting about 45 minutes.

You charge an extra fee for deep tissue massage and this is the type of massage I prefer

$10 price hike for membership was a little steap.

I am always highly satisfied with my esthetician and recommend others soley based on her service. The cost of membership has greatly increased and I will cancel my membership after October 2023

The receptionist came in the massage room and said to me that she didn’t check me in and that was not nice the way she said it I told her my name when I the front desk And thy the massage therapist came to get me And I felt by uncomfortably about it
