Iv had a few treatments, this one seemed less impressive, I always get the lip and eye add on treatment and this one felt different. I also didn't get the little massage on my neck while the mask was sitting

I happy with my massage therapist. I would recommend him to everyone. I wish the service was the full 60 minutes. I hope they bring back longer time periods. The promotions are not told to you when you come in. More communication

My appt was scheduled for a massage and facial. My massage therapist apparently called in sick. No one made me aware of this until I was in the parking lot for a 12:15 appointment. In my opinion there is no excuse for this. The receptionist apologized but I had driven from Nyack so that didn't help in the least. At least I was able to get my facial with waiting an hour as the facial technician was able to take me early. If not, I would have been very aggravated and might have decided not to return.

The only disappointment is when the staff attempts to upsell the facial, service. My daughter and i had a facial and they talked her into a $40 extra treatment. Wish i knew ahead that they would try that so i could have managed it before the treatment. I should have warned her and told the staff ahead of time but feel they took advantage of the situation.

It was my 1st visit so I was satisfied.

Some therapists I didn't love the technique they used; one massage was 35 instead of the minimum time of 50 minutes, which was a male part of the massage; I felt like he had fallen asleep. The last therapist I don't remember her name, but I have had her multiple times, and it's been great, but sometimes she is not available.

The aesteticians are always great. However, the people in reception always seem to fumble, do not communicate clearly and seem often unable to understand how much is owed, how many credits used, etc. I have even had surprise charges on a credit card that I did not authroize. Not cool at all.

There is always room for improvement. There should be aroma in the massage rooms. Massage music more soothing.
