I added some services to my appointment. I feel like doing that takes away from the regular facial service. There were definitely steps omitted to allow for the time for the add ons.. my esthescian was great

I felt as though the receptionist could’ve been a little bit more accommodating. It was my first time visiting and I very happy with my esthetician. At counter I agreed to start a membership but after the experience with the receptionist, I changed my mind. The cost of my facial was $69.99 and I added on a $20 hydration service for a total of $89.99 which was the cost of my gift card. The receptionist asked her coworker if the add-on could be charged on the gift card and it just seems that they were both unsure. The fine print clearly says it can be used for products or services. It does not say that add-on services are excluded. I feel as though she could’ve looked into the matter further.

I am not happy with the recent price increases. I do not like that you can't use your points towards products. Facial appointments include too much neck and shoulder massage - would rather they spend less time on massage when I am in for a facial.

I wasn’t emailed my receipt, I had to call and ask for it to be sent. I was told there was a customer appreciation 20% off products and she had no idea and had to ask someone.

There weren't a lot of available appointments, less than 4-6 weeks out, at times that work in my schedule (evenings/weekends).

There was no shower or dressing room available. I felt that the masseur was rushed for time and she didn't complete my massage as I had experienced at other spas.

Because it was my first visit , and I was highly satisfied with my therapist. It's hard to impress me to be HIGHLY SATISFIED. BUT IT WAS CLOSE

I think the massage should be the full 60 minutes. The appointments have got better still need more availability. Plus, never know about promotions while in the store.
