Front desk staff was not really knowledgeable, I am missing 1 credit and she said membership soecialist will call me yesterday and I have yet to receive a call to resolve.

The table I was on was to hard and hurt my back during my facial. The room I was in had two ceiling tiles with water damage. These Individual tiles can be replaced. The building I used to work in had these tiles and would be replaced.

While the massage was okay.. wish a more therapeutic smelling oil was used. My therapist was loudly chewing gum the entire hour. That is all i heard and smelt for an hour. I would think an experienced masseuse would just have the common courtesy to not do that.

"Just okay" experience. Brandy was very good on the whole. Office staff was totally disorganized from top to bottom. First I booked an appointment over the phone and when I showed up, they had me for a different date in the computer system (I will be out of town that day so there's no way it was my error). We then changed the date which was fine, and when the day came, I got a call that they needed to change the time slightly. I arrived at the new time (early, actually) and they started my appointment late even though it seemed like very few clients were there. Afterward, the office staff didn't easily know how to ring up the gift card. Staff was pleasant but didn't seem to know what to do with the computer system, delaying my exit. They seemed flustered and unequipped to manage the experience. This spa lacks the polish and professionalism of most spas I have gone to. It was an underwhelming experience for the cost. I would perhaps return if there were some great deals/promotions, but I would keep my expectations low and just take it for what it is - mediocre.

I have been a member for over 6 years. I have had a number of estheticians service me. Most of them have left your business. The one I had on Friday was new to me. My appointment was for 10:00. She took me in at 10:11. I assume she returned about 10:14. I was done at 11:00. Just 45 min of service. There was no massage of my neck or décolletage area. I paid extra for the LED treatment and the steamer was out of order. I mentioned to her 2-3 times how disappointed I was that there was no steamer. I complained when service was finished and they took, I feel, $5.00 and it was done not to my satisfaction. It was to somewhat appease me. I have been a customer as I said for over 6 years. I am getting disappointed at the service. The last person who serviced me wouldn't stop talking during the facial about the products. I had to ask her to please wait till we are done to discuss the products. I am there to relax...not listen to her trying to get me to buy products. The only wonderful person I have had there lately is Brandy. Have Brandy train all these other people!

Only thing I didn’t like was coming out of service I felt a bit of pressure to purchase products.

I took 10 minutes to check in, not sure if it was because they were busy but the esthetician came out asking where her appointment was. Everyone looked slightly confused.

It was my first visit. I was not dissatisfied with any aspect of my visit but reserve my highly satisfied rating until I've visited more than once
