Receptionist are always new on a monthly basis and never seem quite sure of what they are doing. Rarely are they friendly. Brandi is excellent and I keep coming back for her.

It does take too long to book an appointment. And I wish there were more times available. Very booked up...maybe need a bigger/new location with more service rooms available.

I wanted to purchase the flavored chocolate and coconut water with a $5 survey coupon I had. The receptionist wouldn’t let me because the coupon was from two sessions prior and not the last session . I said I didn’t take the survey the last time and she said then you can’t use the $5 . I said no where does it say they lay so how would i know that and she said it’s policy and we kept arguing because as a customer how would I know that and iff I knew I couldn’t use it i would have taken the last survey. She wouldn’t agree to use it so i wasn’t buying and asked for a manger to call the next day. Manager never called even after I called the following 3 days and she was never available and was told she’d call me at 4 each day after she finished for the day. Never called. I went back yesterday for a massage and none left and I asked receptionist if they’re getting more or discontinued and she said I have no idea -I’m new. I said well do you think you can ask someone for me?? I shouldn’t have to tell her to ask someone

My facial was told to me a higher price front desk manager told the facial lady it was less she said charge me more because she already told me the higher price
