Impersonal atmosphere. Session began almost 15 minutes late, ended 10-15 minutes before the hour had elapsed. It doesn't take me 15 minutes to dress or undress. Massage therapist did not give the extra attention to my lower back that I verbally requested. Did not give extra attention to shoulders or neck, as I verbally requested. Was "business-like" and efficient, but impersonal -- until I have a nice tip.

Overall good experience, however, the masseuse was not aware of the services I selected prior to coming into the room. My massage was also closer to 45 minutes as opposed to the hour I booked. I was brought into the room a couple of minutes late (2pm apt time) and after undressing and waiting for the masseuse it was about 7 to 8 minutes into the appointment time slot. I also walked out of my room at 2:52. Adding up to around a 45 minute massage. That was disappointing but the therapist was friendly and checked in with my comfort level so I did not complain. If I were to return I would hope I get the full time I paid for.

I found it difficult to make an appointment twice my appointments were canceled because a female therapist was not available.

I wasn’t able to use my gift cards because I did not have them on me. However, I was under the impression that the card numbers were put in the system under my name. Next time, I will make sure to bring the cards with me.

I was use to my person not there anymore. The availability doesn't work for me. I have so many packages and I can't use them all. I should be able to put it on a gift card

I was satisfied with the massage. The therapist was able to address the muscle soreness and created a calm relaxing environment! I plan to return again.

As someone who works in healthcare, I thought it was a good experience however there one thing that had me concerned was that the therapist applied direct pressure to the vertebra of the spine. I am unsure if this is a technique specific to the profession but it was uncomfortable. I have a high tolerance for pain/tenderness and did not think of it at the time and did not say anything but it looking back, I did feel it was a bit firm. Overall the therapist did a great job with everywhere else. That is my only complaint.

When I booked my appointment originally, they booked it for the wrong date, and I had to reschedule to this date. My massage was excellent, but I believe it was shorter than it should have been. My appointment was for an 11:15am massage, and I was paying for my massage by 12:05pm.

Do not wish to be asked to wear a mask during my appointment especially if I’m fully vaccinated against covid, flu etc . In the future iim a therapist is uncomfortable with me not wearing a mask just let me know ahead of time , I’ll book with another. After discussing my preference to not wear a mask she agreed. But I felt uncomfortable and couldn’t relax during my appointment. Other than that she was great
