It was a busy store, lots of people walking around

I felt the actual masssge started a little late and ended a little early.

I went for a facial, I thought it was an hour but was more like 45 minutes. Add on was expensive and I am not sure it did anything more than a regular facial would have. Next time no add ons. Staff was very nice

I was extremely satisfied with my massage. For some reason this survey keeps thinking I am pressing a negative response. That could partly be because you put negative at the top. I cannot say enough positive, glowing, things about my masseuse.

I made advanced reservations quite a few months ago as I know my technician always books up. When I went to confirm my upcoming bookings this week, it appears 2 slots I had were no longer assigned to me, yet to another. (Both slots had the same individual) I was surprised and disappointed.

My facial person was not vaccinated and I felt uncomfortable. She did a great job, but next time I come in for a message or facial, I will aSK FOR SOMEONE WHO IS VACCINATED.
