Was charged twice!!! Fighting with my credit card company and sent an email about it. I should have know better as it took about 20 mins to check out

I WISH SHE USED MORE PRESSURE ON MY BACK AND I WISH SHE USED HER FINGERS NOT HER HANDS.

I was trying to explain a problem with the required text for entry and the receptionist just interrupted me to explain why I was wrong. She never looks up from her computer and greets us, let alone give customers a smile.

I feel I just need to find the right person

First time experience. I wasn’t looking for relaxation but more of Active Release session. I believe my next booking will be for a sports massage

Either the oil was too cold or the therapist hands were too cold.

The price is kind a pricey but its okey im satisfied with the service.

FACIAL felt great, But blackheads still remain! WANT TO CANCEL MEMBERSHIP, have a lot of packages still since I was auto-paying throughout year when spa was closed during COVID !!! They only demand I must use only one specific massage therapist at spa ...Want to leave, not happy .......with this set up ....

When booking my facial I was never told of the price. My fault bc I assumed it was $59 then when I was getting facial I was give two options one $20!the other $90 AGAIN my misunderstanding. I thought facial was $90! Total snd ended up being $220 not worth it at all
