I was told that it was a corporate decision to now charge to put a membership on hold if you are ill. Also that I would have to pay to give one of my packages to someone. Having been a loyal member & maintained my membership all during the pandemic, I feel it is not the right time to increase the cost of these. It does not convey appreciation nor a positive feeling. My massage was excellent as was the therapist. As a consumer I believe you should re-think your new changes. .

My esthetician was fabulous. The people at the front desk were not friendly and were actually rude and dismissive and i did not feel welcome by them. I was having trouble filling out the intake form and they acted very impatient. The estethetician on the other hand was the opposite, extremely friendly, nice, accomodating. I will go back because of her and try to ignore the rudeness of the reception people.

It's been hard getting an appointment. I have a membership and can't use it as I would like. In the pass you was able to increase your massage time and now you cannot. Just need a little for flexibility.

My appointment was 11:30 and I was completely done and in waiting room at 10:23. I purchased 2 add-ons and thought I should have been in there longer.

The massage therapists only have during the day hours and do not work on weekends. It's hard to get an appointment with who you like at times. Also, they book very quickly.

Front desk staff are very inconsistent in responding to messages, emails etc about appointments, answering calls from car about arrival for appts etc Also why do I continue to get text and email requests to confirm appts and complete forms days after I have done both?!?

The pre-screen online check in was to long and too time consuming. The manager did help me complete it faster. But it would have been better to build in extra time for that. Also, it’s weird to be touching a screen during this Covid19 pandemic.
