Therapist didn’t stop talking. Also the worst message I ever had

Putting my membership on hold for three months the charge of five dollars per month not happy with that. The last two therapists that I’ve had I have left the salon.

Room needs more comforting visual things .... would have liked more lotion .... therapist was very good .... a little nervous because he did not have a N95 mask on and was breathing heavily....especially when he messaged the front of the neck/chest area

The experience with the therapist was good but the front staff could have been friendlier . They were in no way rude but just not very personable. I know spas are a quiet environment but they could stand to be a little less matter of fact.

The esthetician was a little rough, the facial turned out great but she could have been a little more gentle with extractions.

There’s always room for improvement. Wasn’t zen enough due to the small size of the establishment.

Therapist was very nice but a little too chatty, but it could have been me just feeling a little cranky. Transitioning/flow from area to area was not as smooth/ seamless as I've enjoyed in the past.

I booked both a massage and a facial appointment with knowledge from the receptionist that the New City location was accepting e-gift cards from SpaFinder.com. As I was checking out for my massage on 12/31 I was informed that I would not be able to use my e-gift card for my facial on 1/2. There was no attempt to rectify the issue and would have preferred to be informed of this information prior to booking both appointments. Unfortunately, I had to cancel the facial that I was really looking forward to.

I had a gift card for a 1 he facial. I agreed to add the $90 treatment. I had no idea when one started and 1 ended, but the total experience was 1 he? The woman was very kind but I recommend they explain what they are doing as it goes along. After I left, I realized that it was more than the additional $90. Too expensive for me.
