I am an athlete and came specifically for glute and hamstring attention. I was informed that the therapist is not allowed to massage those areas. I have never been told that and I receive massage biweekly

My massage therapist was very knowledgeable and very nice but too talkative so i couldnt relax

The receptionist know absolutely nothing and make coupons use, billing & add on issues impossible to solve.

I called to book a massage in September and didn't get an available appointment until October due to limited days and services. Due to limited appointments available I had to wait almost a month for my massage. Also, I waited 10 minutes over my appointment time and was no compensated for the time. My appointment was at 8:00 PM, I was not taken into the room until close to 8:15 PM and my massaged ended at 8:58 PM exactly. I understand that appointments run late which I am fine with but they should give you the extra time. By the time I got undressed and ready for the massage it was close to 8:20 PM and only had a 40 minute massage.

i was not comfortable being asked several times to join the "membership", as once should have been enough.

My afternoon appointment for my facial was great no issues there, My issue was with my evening massage appointment I was on time but massage therapist was 20mins late. I specifically told the receptionist who booked my appointment that I have dinner reservations at 6:45 she promised me that I would be done by 6:15 my massage did not start till 550 end it at 6:30 because I had to leave No one apologize to me for waiting so long receptionist did not call me by my correct name and she was ready to charge me for another package which I was already paid for. Both very unprofessional was not happy.

The receptionist did not explain procedures since it was my first time there. The massage therapist also has the light too bright.

The massage was a little different than what I expected.

I personally like the esthetician to tell me about the products they are using on me - not me have to ask. I felt that I got a generalized evaluation of my skin. I wanted to know if the type of products I had been using were beneficial or not, and I don't think I got a definitive answer.
