Hand and Stone

The facial was great it was just online it said it was an hour long. I arrived before 2 which was the time of my appointment and was not called into the room until Atleast 2:10. The woman doing my facial came into the waiting area and told me it was going to be a couple minutes until she was ready. By the time the facial started it was 2:20. So instead of getting the hour long facial I was paying for it was 40 minutes. So the facial itself was good it was just I didn’t feel I should be getting ripped off of 20 minutes for something that wasn’t my fault .

The receptionist is always a different person, and they don’t appear confident in what they are doing. No one ever greets a client with a smile and eye contact, let alone say hello.

The receptionist are never that personable and it seems a bit overpriced

Facial was wonderful but overall experience was diminished by the constant "upselling"

Was told that a facial add on would be $20 in the room. At check out was charged for $45 and when I said I was told it was $20 she rudely said No, its $45 and walked away to assist another customer.

The first time I came I had Rob as my Masseuse and he was amazing. Yesterday I had Zacky and he was horrible. I paid extra for the 15 minute Peppermint scalp massage and he took the 15 minutes off my 50 minute massage which really lasted 45 minutes because he took me 10 minutes late. I didn’t feel like Zacky was massaging my back it felt more like he was petting me. He was more focused on making sure I was covered up properly then giving me a massage. I booked another appointment for the end of the month, but I will only use Rob!

It wasn’t that I wasn’t satisfied, I was never there before and I wasn’t given any direction. I filled out the forms and no information was given to me. So I sat in the waiting area lost as to what was going on. I was 15 mins early to fill out information and my appointment started 10 mins late. With no one telling me any information.

I was highly satisfied with my experience and the people who dealt with me were very nice. I did and will continue to recommend hand and stone two other friends

There was another therapist that I liked who isn’t as available as she was. The new person was fine. I have no complaints
