It is hard to get an appointment with the therapists I like. I could go during the day, but I find the mid-day appointments are rushed and start very late.

Receptionist always seems to be trying to do too many things at one time. They never make eye contact. Always seems to be a different receptionist.

As I said before she is a new therapist , once we become familiar she would be great. Had different ones that were great , but we had to work at it. One more thing they all rush and do not give full purchased time 50 minutes.

Very nice staff, massage therapist and fairly priced. Massage therapist was good, pressure on certain areas could have been better. Overall it was good for what I went there for.

It has become too pricey for me to afford going every month. At this point I'm just using all my packages and I am going to cancel membership. I have been a member for 5 years and after this long, Hand & Stone decided to not grandfather me in the old membership prices. That just speaks out to me and how the company views veteran members. You would think that since I have been a member for so long, they'd want to keep me on board, not force me to pay more for SAME quality services.

Massage therapist talked a little too much, and she asked me if I was interested in a membership even before the massage began.

The salon was very clean and organized. It felt more like a massage place rather then a spa. When I think of a spa I think of robes steam rooms ect. Heather was WONDERFUL, I just unfortunately have an injury beyond her control. She definitely helped the situation though.
