Hand and Stone

Every time I go there seems to be a new receptionist training and needing help to perform her job. Not friendly, don’t make eye contact either

I loved the massage , but the room we were in had cold air blowing on me from ceiling. Massage therapist did her best to help and keep me warm as she didnt have control over the air blowing !

The staff were friendly and addressed my specific needs. The appointment was on time and there was a short wait time.

Difficulty obtaining free gift card which was advertised in an email. Appointments for multiple services are very hard to book. Have been to nicer spas for less money. Esthetician and masseuse were great!

Good product felt good calming atmosphere

I was a walk-in and scheduled my appointment for the first time with the intention to try out before committing to a membership when I arrived for my appointment they did not have me in the system - they did eventually rectify this mishap on their part

I chose the Himalayan Salt message since I never had one before. It was good but think I will try the hot stone massage the next time.

Christian Gabe am excellent massage and really helped with relieving some of my pain I came in with. I will need a couple more to get back to myself. Happy to refer him
