The therapist had little to no knowledge about sciatica and how to massage low back.

I asked for a deep tissue massage with firm pressure, but felt that the pressure was still only moderate. I also encountered a problem when I was booking an appointment online, & had to call to confirm that I was indeed booked.

I feel like it always begins late and ends early. I am not getting my full time. I want a true deep tissue massage and I cant seem to get that at this location

The therapist was awesome, although I find it difficult to get appoints. Sometimes I have to wait weeks to get an appointment. It would be nice if when I am feeling pain or discomfort I can schedule an appointment. Even if I had to pay more for an emergency for a lack of a better term, I would be willing to pay and tip the therapist generously.

Pressure applied was too hard at times. I like my massage session to be quiet but masseuse was chatty. Water dispenser did not look clean.

I had a different esthetician than usual this appointment, Alexa. She recommended that I do microderm abrasion and I did. I also requested she still spend time on extractions of black heads and she barely spent any time doing that. She did not even keep me fore the entire hour. She also did not share any information about what to do/not do after receiving microderm abrasion. I learned from a friend that there are indeed rules and looked online. I will be sure to not book an appointment with Alexa again. I was unhappy because when she shared I should upgrade my facial I wanted to confirm I would get extractions and she spent maybe 1 -2 minutes on it. Had me laying there with no treatment on 2 occasions for which felt way too long and when she concluded I turned around to see the time, and it definitely had not been a full hour as it was 1:50 and my appointment was for 1pm.

Took many calls to book this appointment. It makes me hesitant to be a member
