Hand and Stone

It is a little cumbersome to carry your belongings from one room to another if you are having more than one service at a time.

I only wondered why it takes so long to check out of Hand and Stone. I have been there 2x and it just seems like an unnecessarily long time.

I actually had more pains the day after . Maybe I should have comminicated better but I did not know what to expect se spent too much time on the wrong areas and the next day I was sore.

The appointment started 6 minutes late and ended 7 minutes early. This is a recurring theme where I start late and then the service ends early.

This was my first time getting a massage here; the masseuse was punctual. The massage was the exact firmness of what I wanted! I didn't actually see/feel the difference between Himalayan stone & "regular" stone massage, so I'm not sure that I would pay extra for the Himalayn again. The only other point that I would make, is that I found it difficult or "improper" to tell the masseuse that I really just preferred a silent massage. I always ask how long someone has been working at a location, but after that, I would have preferred minimal to no conversation, but I didn't want to be rude. On a side note, the use of coconut oil was SO GOOD!!

the receptionists are always rude however the girl that does my facials is the reason i keep returning to hand and stone

Was highly satisfied with therapist. Reception was satisfactory. Products used sparingly during therapy.

This was my first experience with Hand and Stone. When I walked in the door, the front staff were talking along with another staff member and at least a minute passed until I was acknowledged. Just a 2 second "Hello, we will be right with you" was needed. Gossip or conversation can always wait, it just gave me an immediate vibe of unprofessionalism.

Massage therapist wonderful. Other employees indifferent although I have been there for years .... They appear to just be doing a job, a very big turn over of staff all the time ...I think ....

She did a nice job. However, The difference was negligible.
