The therapist that I prefer has limited hours that accommodate my schedule. Also, I am upset that the cost of membership increased!

I feel that the membership is a little pricey and you get nickel and dime for every change. The receptionist rarely has a full schedule for the next month so scheduling future appointments is difficult. The receptionist always says they will call you to schedule a next appointment however they never do.

I called to book massage. They said 2:15. Got there at 2 and about 2:15 they realized there was a problem. They claimed a new person was training and booked me for a facial. They claimed they "tried calling me". I came back at 4 for a massage and questioned where they called?? Checked my # .. That was right. Obviously no one called. I was aliitle upset about the lie.. All in all I had a great massage with Jenna.

My experience was satisfactory. A typical visit to get a facial. It actually doesn’t have so much to do w/ the professional or over-all experience, I just didn’t want to spend any more money on top of what I had already spent for any suggested upgrades. Of course, that’s their job to offer additional services, but I just don’t feel cool mfortable being offered additional service and put on th spot. Staff, however, were NOT pushy. It was my decision to upgrade or not. I was able to use points accrued to put towards my session.

My appointment time has been changed several times. It has incinvienced me on multiple occasions. If the appointment is made it must be kept or I must receive more than a few hours notice.

I did not know what treatments were best for my skin. The services are expensive for me. I felt I should purchase the product recommended for my skin, but it was costly.

I used to use another Esthetician at this location before who does not work there any more. I was told by her that she was not taken back when she wanted to return after a medical break

Started late and ended early. I was at my appt 30 minutes early to avoid a late start.

My visit was a great experience. I was greated by name by the receptionist and given a cup of water. I was there specifically for a relaxing massage and Anthony was fantastic. He used the right amount of pressure and I left feeling relaxed.
