The receptionists are rude but I contribute to go because I like the woman that does my facials and need the once a month relaxation and skin treatment.

Sometimes it is hard to book appointments with my schedule. Sometimes I can’t get the therapist I would like. Some therapists talk too much.

I first attempted to make an appointment on the website and no one got back to me. I made it clear on the phone I was requesting a pre-natal massage, but when I got there they said I never mentioned I was pregnant and that the person assigned wasn't trained in pre-natal massage. Then I was denied a massage because I am diabetic. On the prenatal forms (that I had to ask for) it says you are not able to get a massage if you have gestational diabetes. I have type 1 diabetes (although similar to gestational the cause is not the same). I would suggest that you update your forms to include all types of diabetes (type 1, type 2, and gestational) as well as reconsider this policy. My doctor even recommended a prenatal massage. I was disappointed to see you have such a policy as I was able to have a pre-natal massage at another spa during my 1st pregnancy under the sam e circumstances. I will say I was satisfied with my facial and the option to include products in place of the massage. The manager handled my concerns well. I was just disappointed with the denial of service for the massage and that you have such a policy.

Sharing of medical information in paper form is unacceptable. I am a long standing customer and know what to share with the therapist.

There was no welcome from receptionist or acknowledgement upon entering, no identifying who she was.

I did not feel relaxed. I didn't like the transition from 1 area to the next. Too much time spent on my arms and not enough on neck and back.

I waited 25 minutes before I was brought into the room. However, the esthetician did apologize that she was running behind and the secretary was very kind.

Originally was not satisfied with the terms of the contract, and the first person I spoke with a couple of months ago, but after speaking to another manager, felt a little better, after explaining the situation.
