The appointment started 15 minutes late, and it was not communicated to me as I waited. *I was offered water or tea There was a warmth I was expecting when I walked in that was a bit lacking BUT it was not unpleasant! Just a minor thing.

The facility is fine and definitely a value for the cost, but sometimes I feel that I don't get all the time I paid for. It sometimes takes the therapist a long while to return to the room after I am prepped and lying down. Then I feel like I'm not getting the full time I paid for. And it would be nice to have some options for different oils - lavender, etc - that are not add-ons but just options. I enjoy a massage much more with the full sensory experience of scent as well as sound and touch.

Receptionist never makes eye contact or smiles. I have been going once a month and no one seems to be any friendlier.

My 50 minute massage was less than 35 mins. I do not know what the masseuse cut my time . I did not realize until I left. I returned shortly after I left and explained the time issue. The manager quickly looked into the matter and compensated me by adding 30 minutes to my next massage. I was very pleased how quickly she understood and took care of the matter

My esthetician Arielle was absolutely amazing, she always is but over and over again I seem to deal with issues with the front desk. Jill is great, she has always handled issues well but some of the other staff have a problem with communication. Every once in awhile my mom will gift me one of her packages and in February she made this appointment for me and booked it for extra time with a scalp massage and reflexology. I recieved neither of these services and never recieved the sheet to opt into add ons either. I love coming to Arielle but it’s such a struggle dealing with anyone at the front desk other than a manager.
