The couples massage room was very crammed. I feel like the lady that was massaging me had trouble walking around the top and bottom of my bed.

You advertise it is an hour facial... it is not! I feel for the amount of money I spent with all the upgrades it should be a FULL hour! Should consider this because it leaves a bitter taste!

Massage not comprehensive enough. Lack of attention to face and feet. Overall techniques good could be improved figure 8 fluidity to strokes and complete performance in circulation of massage.

I had a 1-hour appointment. The therapist was late not to discount that he was good. But because the session started after 9 o'clock, it still ended at exactly 9:59 am. Because they had to get to the other customers waiting. So I felt that I was not given my hour's worth. The massage therapist was good at his job.

I wanted to have a micro dermabrasion. I was told by the assistant manager and the manager that my skin had to be assessed by the esthetician. If it was deemed that I could not have the micro dermabrasion I had to have and pay for facial as part of the assessment which is really what I didn’t want. I asked to know up front what the criteria was and had a hard time getting that answer. I specifically stated that if I couldn’t have the micro dermabrasion I did not want to go forward with the facial and I would have rather have rebooked for a massage instead. The manager said that would not be possible being that time was already allotted for this appointment. I believe the client should know upfront whether not a procedure can be done before paying for something else they don’t want.

I was satisfied with my experience, but given I am a commuter I have trouble booking appointments that work with my weekly work schedule. It's hard to get anything 7PM or later on a work weeknight and I have to wait 3 weeks for a massage. Also, the website it difficult to manage and won't actually give you next available times after the first set of options (even though it is an option).
