I had both a facial, and a couple's massage, with my husband. My masseuse was way too gentle -- not a massage at all, in my opinion, just a kind of smoothing of oil. I asked her to make it more strong, and she was unable. I asked in my form for her to spend time on my feet, and also on my shoulders/back, but she didn't really do that. At the end, I asked why she hadn't massaged my head and she declared that was a special request. Really? That would be new to me. And, an extra $10/pp for the couple's massage is a ripoff -- no value for extra money. And, I was told only $10, not $10 per person. Finally, Alexa who did the facial was great, and she was the opposite -- totally worth it.

Not possible to be highly satisfied with a first visit. Therapist needs to get to knoe me and my needs.

The service was wonderful, the staff was extremly helpful and accommodating. I wish the beds were a little warmer when I arrived but that issues was quickly fixed. Over all the experience was wonderful.

You have very limited amount of good massage therapist . Very hard to get an appointment with them . Yesterday I booked an appointment which is nearly 2 months later . Wish you guys can hire more people who are great .

This particular visit was very pleasant however, I have been there several times in the past 2 months and was not as satisfied as I normally am. I had a bad experience with one of the massage therapists that I had never seen before and had to come back 3 days later for another massage because that one had been so bad (which was extra money out of my pocket). I have found recently the friendliness of some of the reception staff to be lacking and one receptionist can be down right rude. I used to feel that the costumer service of the receptionists there was top notch but that doesn't seem to be the case anymore. Lastly, I find it more difficult in the recent months to book appointments that fit into my schedule because of either lack of staff or the schedule is not in the computer yet. With that being said I continue to keep my membership because Meredith is fantastic! I look forward to seeing her every month. I also had a great experience with Kyle as well. These girls are the reason I'm happy.

Appointment did not start on time. Was given a welcome pack with someone's name on it.
