Hand and Stone

I arrived on time for my appointment and went to the restroom. On the way, I noticed my aesthician waiting for me alone in the room with the door open. i got back to the reception area and had to tell the reception staff to let her know i was there after waiting more than 10 minutes for them to finish chatting themselves.

I had an appointment the week before when I arrived I was told they had to cancel my massage and that they called me but I didn't get a message then I asked at the new appointment what number they called and it was one of my daughters phone number. I felt I should be compensated someway for the inconvenience.

The oil used did not smell nice. I think more time could be spent on other parts of the body aside from "trouble" areas

It was an average facial.

The receptionist are not helpful. I was told to arrive 15 mins early only to be left sitting for 10 minutes at which point I was handed a form and given 5 mins to complete I was never offered a drink. Any time I have visited a spa u have always been offered water. The receptionist were also complaining about the people who were calling. Rolling there eyes as they answer questions. Upon completion of my service I purchased a product never received a bag to put it in and the receptionist never interacted with me other than to tell me how much Rd I owed. Stacey who gave me my facial was excellent.

There have been a few times where the employees say they'd return my call to book an appointment or address some concerns and they never did. My favorite aesthetician is no longer working here and she was the main reason I continued to come. The massages I've gotten don't seem to be relieving my back and shoulder pain or giving me the relaxed feeling I'm looking for. I've had 5 min shoulder massages better than the full hour I've gotten here unfortunately

There seems to be a high turn over with the receptionist. On occasion appointments have not been scheduled correctly. My massage therapist runs late sometimes. Not enough staff on Fridays.

I love my daughter's massage therapist Lisa & I enjoyed Lorenzo. He was awesome as well!

All fine ... All just very nice ... Facial good ...

It is often hard to get an appointment on time and day of availability but I often am trying to get an appointment last minute. On the phone I was told I was getting one esthetician and had someone else instead when I arrived without any notice.
