Hand and Stone

Massage was only 50 minutes. The hands and feet massage was 15 dollars and did not add extra time to massage. I paid 90 dollars for a 50 minute massage. Definitely not worth the Cost. Many other venues offer 60 minute massages for less than 60 dollars.

The only part of my appointment that is was not satisfied with was the massage. While the therapist was very nice and knowledgeable, the massage I received wasn't exactly what I was looking for. With that said, after speaking with the receptions And explaining what I was look By for she recommended several therapist to try, which I will until I find the perfect fit for me.

Wasn't really satisfied with facial. Therapist did more massage than facial and also, in the past I've felt pressured to buy products. I feel that Hand And Stone should perhaps change things where it doesn't sounds like a "sales pitch" instead of it supposed to be providing a service to someone.

I didn't like how everyone from the receptionists to the aesthetician and masseuse tried to sell me products, additional services and memberships.

I enjoy the experience I have while I'm there. The only thing is that the past two times my massage therapists have been a little talkative when I would have preferred a quieter experience.

Everyone was very nice and informative making it a very satisfying experience. There wasn't anything innovative or surprising to make it highly satisfying

Lori was a bit rough with the amount of pressure and some of the time she was hurting me. I had asked her to lighten the amount of pressure, but she did not. I am very sore today. She is not my usually therapists as she was not available. I will not book with Lori again.

Massage was ok. Nothing wrong just was not the best I have ever had.

My appointment was for 11am. I was told to be there 15 mins. early to fill in paperwork, which I was, however my appointment did not commence until 11.12. I not sure why as nobody explained the delay to me. Other than that small issue a thoroughly enjoyed my visit and the massage was first class!
