Overall I had a very good experience but the amount I was estimated to pay before coming in was nearly doubled, which was disappointing. The purchase of the skin care kit was a significant factor in increasing my total bill. Although it was ultimately my choice to purchase it, I wish I was given a rundown on how best to use it or perhaps some experience-based recommendations. The staff were friendly, courteous and welcoming. I plan to come back again but I hope prices improve without having to be locked into a membership.

I Love the therapist. Problem is not enough hours for good therapists, trouble getting a regular appt., and apps. cancelled. I have tried to work this out with the manager, Lisa, who has outright avoided me. Now there is a new problem. Infusing of the already stale air with perfume/ irritants- unhealthy esp. for people with allergies and asthma.

I have recently become sensitive to many ingredients in products & food. I bring my own oils & lotion. The facility can upgrade by supplying these oils too or lowering the fee slightly for a massage.

The room was too bright. Aromatherapy was extremely strong - much more than expected - took me by surprise - I will never get again.

My therapist was a little too heavy handed, even after I told her she was pressing too hard in other areas. She was also a little too chatty but eventually was quieter when I responded very briefly to her chatting.
