Everyone was very pleasant and friendly. The Esthetician was very polite and seemed knowledgeable. She asked if I wanted a Hydrating Facial Dermalogica for an extra $20. But when I went to the front desk I was charged $30. I did bring that to the attention of the receptionist and was told that it was increased as of November 1 and that the Esthetician probably didn't know of the increase. I do feel that they should be aware of the increases of services. She did recommend that I hydrate and recommended a product which I purchased.

I just love my therapist & look forward to each visit. I feel she is so knowledgeable addressing my needs. The ambiance & cleanliness of the spa is perfection
