The professionalism of all staff. The knowledge of services and products the staff presents and the overall facility cleanliness. It feels like a SPA. I feel relaxed when I get there and leave feeling even better.

The esthetician was great. I never relax and was shocked to feel so zen. My skin looks great and Jill answered all my questions and helped me learn what to do at home. I will see Jill again for a facial.
