The customer service at the New City is always outstanding . Have been a member for several years and have always been extremely satisfied by the therapists that provide service. I have been using Daphne for my last three facials. She is absolutely amazing and I would highly recommend her.

Friendly professional services

Greeted as soon as I walked in, everyone was very friendly. I have had Cheryl as my massage therapist the last few times and she listens to me and concentrates on the areas that are bothering me. IN the past I have had therapists that have given equal time to all parts of the body. Cheryl listens to my requests.

The appointment was right on time. Maria, the masseuse was very good. I was treated very well.

Rob has amazing techniques. While relieving pain he also has excellent timing and routine, it shows he has been massaging for years and only gets better. I highly recommend Rob ESPECIALLY BECAUSE I asked for no talking, and he stayed quiet. Many therapists are chatty, he respected my wishes and I went to La La land.
