My esthetician was very thorough. Lobby and room was very neat. Very relaxing experience, would go again.

I had a massage with Rob and he was incredibly welcoming, attentive and talented. It was the best massage I have had! The receptionists were extremely friendly and helpful. The facility is immaculate.

I loved the location in New City. I signed to join the membership and when I looked at the schedule three months away, I see Saturday and evenings are not available. I am trying the location in NJ, about the same distance for me. Sad I can't go to New City because it was lovely.

The staff at the New City Hand and Stone are friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. Diana G. my esthetician knows my skin and recommends what I need at each visit. She is gentle. I am happy with her recommendations. A sale was going on I purchased neck contour and Nuface gel. I have another appointment for a facial in April. I always look forward to it.

Basically, it comes down to the fact that Hand & Stone exceeded my expectations. In particular, my massage therapist, Cheryl, was absolutely phenomenal. My previous experience with a different therapist wasn't so great, but this past time with Cheryl was so fantastic, so relaxing, that I am now considering going monthly. Kudos to her and the team at H&S for the great customer service. Thank you.

The location is close to home. There was a full staff of ladies at the reception desk making it easy to be taken care of .The masseur made me feel very welcome and was happy to meet all my needs .

The reason I’m satisfied is because the massage therapist Rob is the best person I’ve ever experienced Questions as to why I was dissatisfied or perplexing because I did not say I was dissatisfied with the receptionist so that’s totally wrong and in response to that I tried to answer it I tried to go back and see why if I had hit a wrong button but I was not dissatisfied with the receptionist so all the following questions about why we’re not applicable
