The waiting area is very relaxing - I had to wait a little while as my daughter's massage appointment was 1/2 hr before my facial appt. I enjoyed a cup of cocoa and read while I waited so I was relaxed before my facial even started. My facialist Carolyn was very calm and competent so I could just close my eyes, relax and enjoy the experience while she worked her magic. My skin looked and felt so much better after my facial!

Everyone was very nice from the moment I walked in the door. The person doing my facial treatment was knowledgeable and make sure that I was comfortable and enjoying the treatment throughout the process, even offering products and letting me know about a current sale that was running.

Lee is an experienced and knowledgeable professional. She took utmost care to explain how the massage session would proceed, and to ascertain areas I felt were most in need of attention. She was respectful and careful. She applied appropriate pressure and kneading techniques to relieve tight muscles in my back and hip.
