I was highly satisfied from entering Hand and Stone to leaving. Carrie my esthetician immediately greeted me with a warm welcome ask me my concerns answered all my questions. Gave me a through relaxing facial ! I will most very come back to her. Carrie suggested product that would help keep my skin healthy without making me feel that I was obligated to purchase. She also suggested a membership being that I wanted to start a regular routine with my skin. The receptionist was just as lovely. Also suggested the membership with out any obligation on my part.
