The experience was very pleasant and I signed up for monthly massages. When I initially came in to make my first appointment one person at the desk was on the phone, and the second person was with a customer. I was in plain view and just ultimately went over and sat. Waiting. I understand that they may have been servicing other clients but the owner was in the back and should have been called to the front sooner. I was not the only one waiting. The owner came out and finished me up one two three.
