I was able to book my appointment timely with the person I wanted. Brandy the esthetician is wonderful. Very knowledgeable and professional.The premises were very clean and I felt very safe.

It was a friendly seamless experience. I was long overdue for a facial and my esthetician took extra time and care to address my problem areas. My skin looks and feels so much better.

I was a bit apprehensive to return to the spa during COVID, but I have to say I was extremely pleased at the way this location handled health and safety protocol. I appreciated the bag for my belongings, and the fact that they watched me sanitize my hands, rooms were marked clean, and that I was able to go right in as soon as I arrived. It was extremely efficient, made me feel safe, while I still felt welcome.

Brandy is the best! She always know the right treatment for my skin. I highly recommend Brandy for all your skin needs!!

Both the reception area and the massage room were well cleaned but still managed to maintain a relaxing ambiance. The massage therapist, Jenna was excellent and I felt so relaxed afterwards! I decided to join as a member and booked my next two appointments.

Regarding the online pre-screening form experienced difficulty unclear if the internet connection issue was due to the Hand and Stone the server or I was unfamiliar with how to complete. Staff did report experiencing issues and seeking another provider. All around I experienced excellent friendly and knowledgeable service from all staff .
