I was pleased with the protocol and the cleanliness. Lee is always knowledgeable and I trust her. The receptionist in checking out was very helpful as well> I was initially very apprehensive to book a massage given the circumstances, but was very pleased that I did and will book again in the coming week. Lee is a big asset to for you.

Everything was clean and necessary precautions were taken regarding COVID 19. The massage therapist did n EXCELLENT job.

My massage was wonderful and I waited for an appointment with Lauralan because she always gives me an excellent massage with the perfect amount of pressure. Lauralan is friendly and listens to your requests. She is an asset to the New City Hand and Stone location.

Rob is an excellent massage therapist and highly recommend him. I plan on returning very soon. In general the whole spa experience was amazing!

As soon as I walked in I felt acknowledged, welcome and cared for. I appreciated all the new pandemic requirements and were happy to see the change. Lauren was amazing and answered all my questions and concerns. Kept to the right amount of pressure and I felt so much better than before I came in. Thank you to all working yesterday for making my day much better :)

I was pleased with the safety procedures put in place to ensure customer and staff safety. I was also pleased that these procedures did not significantly impact my massage experience. Even with having to wear a mask, the massage was exactly what I needed after 6 months in quarantine!
