The staff were great very helpful and informative on so many questions my son had. The esthetician’s attitude was bubbly and very friendly. The front desk was just very pleasant all around a great place

Convenient, clean, quiet

LIKED THE WAY THE THERAPIST APPROACHED ME SMILINGLY..SHE DID A GREAT JOB IN DOING THE MASSAGE. LOVED THE WAY SHE DID THE MASSAGE IT MADE ME SNORE.

The people at the reception area were very helpful when I was asking questions. Carly was so knowledgeable about products & services for my skin issues. She gave me an amazing facial & suggested a product for my after care that I love.

Lee is amazing. She is the best therapist I have ever had and I have been to many spas throughout the country. No one is better! Her technique is fantastic and she is professional at all times. I can't be happier than with her. She is the reason I stay at Hand and Stone!

Hand and Stone of New City is a lovely spa. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Carly, the esthetician was thorough and gave a great massage. I added 3 enhancements and tried the new facial. I enjoyed the experience. I will be back in February for a massage.

Leah was amazing. She always checks if I have any new issues or if anything has changed with my needs. She does a amazing job to making my experience the best!

There was noice outside the room as I was doing a massage that kept happening. Between laughing and talking it was a bit noisy

Overall atmosphere and people were very nice. I cannot truly say yet whether i am fully satisfied with my sons results yet because he definitely needs more treatments and has a lot to overcome. In time I can give a better review on this part. I will say his skin does seem cleaner - but there are still a lot of p and red marks. We did buy products - so with him using those and more treatments hopefully we will have great results.

Brandy is friendly and very knowledgeable. I enjoy my facials and find the whole experience very relaxing.
