Welcomed as I entered, extremely relaxing waiting area. Anna is very knowledgeable and explains the process and what would be best for my skin. Answered the questions of the process and what I expected afterwards.

Only thing I don't like is the check in at every appt the receptionist did it for me loved that just hate the check in
