Hand and Stone

I started at this H&S and my massuse left at the other one and this location had an available slot. Ended up getting the best masseuse and the previous client had made a pleasant statement about his appointment and I just smiled when she returned and called my name. Yay me! And she really did an amazing job.

Brooklyn is a very good massage therapist. I have used several therapists in the past. Some are less energetic, caring, and sometimes sleepy. One constructive criticism is to make sure that I am always getting 80 minutes. Sometimes she cuts it short 2-3 minutes. I notice the clock when she begins to be sure.

The receptionist was knowledgeable on different types of massage and even took the time to explain to my therapist before my arrival that I was suffering from a migraine and have chronic migraines and pain. Upon my arrival the receptionist was friendly and greeted me with a smile and warm welcome and offered me a seat or mint or water and to let them know if I had any questions or would like to add any products to my service and took the time to explain them in detail. The receptionist was good to call me by my name from the beginning. My therapist was very kind and explained that the receptionist had mentioned to him what I was dealing with and offered suggestions based on that and asked if I had any special requests and if I agreed with his treatment plan before beginning. He was good to ask me if I wanted to relax or talk and reminded me to let him know if anything was uncomfortable or not right with the pressure and focus areas. His technique was very good and he made me feel very comfortable and relieved my pain. After the massage he thanked me for trusting Hand and Stone with my needs and said he had confidence in any therapist there if I wanted to schedule again and he wasn't available. The receptionist discussed the membership options and benefits in a way I did not feel pressured but understood the value of becoming a member, thanked me for coming in, and made the membership process quick and smooth. Holly was amazing and gave a great facial. She was experienced and knowledgeable. I felt so relaxed and my skin glowed. I definitely will be back to see her.

The therapist primary interest was my relaxation and level of comfort.

Madison is very knowledgeable of issues related to my skin. She is friendly and always willing to help or offer advice on services I need. I don't experience any discomfort during the procedures. My granddaughter has asked to have a facial after my experience.

Donna and Rosie are the best! They are thorough and knowledgeable.

The lady that did my massage was wonderful. It was one of the top 3 best massages I have had. WONDERFUL!
