They say a time for the facial or massage, but it never lasts that long. And yes I’m including changing time. My last facial, I was in the room at 1403 and out at 1451. I’ve had massages and other facials that were even less

Service was great, the massage was very enjoyable, nice and relaxing. Rosy does an excellent job. I hadn't went to a massage therapist in many years so it was due time . The only thing I had an issue with if you could call it that was the filling out of so many forms.. especially the one that has alot of personal questions.. that part makes you feel like you are in the doctor's office. It don't remember having to fill all of that information when I had came years ago but it is what it is. I finished up the paper work and it was a little bit past my scheduled time for the massage..I tried to do the paperwork on the internet but unfortunately after all the work put into it when I went to submit it , it wouldn't go though so I just gave up and did the paperwork on day of appointment before the massage. It would be great if it was just basic information instead of all of those questions. Other than that everything was great 👍

Upset about the 6 month wait time for gift cards… purchased some of the gift cards and was given some of the gift cards as gifts for myself from my kids …..should be no wait time when you’re given a gift Massage therapist Brooklyn is great Your receptionists are great

I am always greeted with a smile. Everyone seems to be happy and enjoy their job. The therapist is good and addresses all my issues.

From the front desk staff to my therapist, everyone makes me feel like the service for me is what I want or need and not just what is hot to sell or promote. I love the staff and service.
