I have seen Rodney a couple of times. He listens to my concerns and focuses on areas I need the most. I also like that he responds to my desire to communicate or not. Sometimes I like to talk and sometimes I enjoy quiet. Not all therapists I have had can “read the room.”

My esthetician was kind, funny, and very friendly. My daughter was with me, waiting in her appointment, and she spoke to her also. She was encouraging me to get an upgrade to my facial without being pushy.

I have enjoyed all of my visits.

Didn’t like the monthly price increase

Pleased with the massage that I received, the therapist was pleasant.

I have used Donna since I started my membership. She is always attentive to my wishes and works on my pressure points were stress builds up. Always friendly, professional and on time which can be rare these days.

Atmosphere, Service, outcome.

Rosie is a great therapist. She does her business without excess talking during massage. I appreciate that so I can relax or even fall asleep.

Hannah was very attentive to my requests and checked in often on pressure etc. She seemed engaged in helping with some back pain and I felt a lot better afterward.
