My previous visit was canceled due therapist got sick and still got text confirming my appointment until an hour before appointment . when i mentioned to receptionist. They said that the text is a separate thing and did not have anything ton do with them. I waisted time going to the place to find out my appointment was cancelled. She said they called me. Never received no call but confirmation text.
