I had a facial at my last visit. My esthetician Marge not only listened to my concerns but also made recommendations. I was very pleased with my facial. She did not disappoint.

I first met Francis last December when I booked a massage for my friend and me at the Locust St, Center City, Phila location. Although WE were late to our appointments, the reception staff and Francis could not have been nicer in welcoming us and explaining that due to our tardiness, our massages would be shorter than the nirmal 50 minutes which was totally exceptable but obviously disappointing after lying on Francis's table and her working her magic! Francis keyed in on that very first visit my problem spots, used the exact amount of pressure that I requested and personized my brief massage so effectively, that I left the salon definitely wanting more! I revisited several months later, this time requesting Francis and I was not disappointed. I have used several gift cards that I'd previously had and this past summer became a monthly member. I just purchased three gift cards to be given as Christmas presents and am already looking forward to returning next month for my monthly massage with Francis.

The receptionists, especially Baily were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They, as well as Kevin, my massage therapist, made this a wonderful experience!

I had a very nice massage with Ky. She was very polite and did a great job on my massage. It was very relaxing and she used a great amount of pressure. The receptionists were very nice and welcoming.

I always feel welcome when I arrive at Hand & Stone - greeted by the receptionist with a smile. My Facials by Judith are Amazing! She knows my skin and what needs to be addressed and a solution. I always leave feeling relaxed with beautiful skin!

I have thought about giving up my Membership due to cost, especially with the increase, but every time I come in with my therapist Franklin, I realize the benefit of the monthly massage and need it more than ever. He is wonderful and I believe it is well worth the fee.
