No fault of the massage person: As we started the massage, an incredible noise erupted from a nearby room--perhaps a jackhammer and a loud man's voice followed by heavy pounding. After a few minutes, she moved me to another room near the front office, and then all was fine.

I just got off work and my facial was just the thing I needed to be relaxed.
