My experience booking an appointment was very easy and stress free, I was able to walk in and get an appointment for a Friday, but I had so many time options to choose from.

Ellie was amazing and very well-informed on topics to help my skin overall. She was super funny and made the environment very relaxing. While I was told about the membership it was not pressed upon me in a manner that made me feel pressured.
