Wonderful service and setting.

I was very pleased with my therapist she has just the right amonunt of pressure for me. I did not have to wait very long. The location of the facility is very convenient for me.

I enjoyed my therapist. The only issue I had was that the head support fell off. Although it was immediately fixed, Hand and Stone needs to purchase and instill better head supports as they always feel too low and are not supportive.

Sara was is excellent. She always takes good care of me. I request her every time I go. But the only thing I didn't like was the receptionist asked me if I wanted to tip the masseuse. I felt like I had to. Rather than I wanted to. I did but just didn't like it.

Andre is an amazing therapist. The price is okay. The rewards program is excellent.

Kitzrell is fantastic as a massage therapist. He was able to work out all of my pains/issues, and his demeanor is always very welcoming, calming, and professional.

Convenience, reasonable price and location. Additionally, ability to choose therapist ahead of time and convenient hours. I like that it is open weekends and late.
