Hand and Stone

This Hand & Stone is always very clean, everyone is always very friendly. The massage is always what I enjoy with my masseuse Sarah; who is the best I have ever had. Kudos to Hand & Stone, Locust St in Philadelphia, Pa!

Therapist knowledgeable

This is the second time I had a Therapist that was a smoker - therefore when hands were close to my face all I could smell was the cigarettes smell that was on their hand... This is not a nice smell anytime - especially when having a massage. Your EE"s should refrain from smoking during work and wash their hands before starting a massage.

Jessica is a great therapist and was able to see me same-day. I will be returning to her. I would love for the massage rooms to be equipped with mirrors, none of the locations have a mirror and it would be helpful for the clients.

I felt like the esthetician spent a lot of time washing items rather than tending to my facial. I did enjoy the facial but not sure if I will continue my membership. Once Julie left I have struggled to find an esthetician who was as good, and it’s been challenging for me to find the time for my facials

I have only had 2 appointments in a 10 month span so I have not been able to properly assess my skin yet. I am hoping by joining the membership program and going 6+ times a year I will notice a difference.

The massage was great. The pressure was maybe a little too much and too fast but I should have said something. I did feel looser afterwards which is impressive. I did leave the skin treatment/facial with a slick layer on my skin I had to wash off when I got home. I didn't notice that much difference after the cryo session. It sounded like it would make a more noticeable difference in lifting and toning. A little disappointed there. It seemed overpriced at $80/using a whole credit.
