My only concern is that I am confused with the pricing of the treatments. I really appreciated Kasey’s phone call, first thing in the morning, the next day. She fixed all of the problems with what was charged the day before. She was very helpful & I really appreciated that. I am really happy with the treatment but would like to understand the pricing a little more. Thank you.

I added on a scalp massage and foot treatment to a 60 min massage. My appointment was 11am and I was taken to the room around 1105/1107, which I didn’t mind, but when the session was completed and I was getting dressed it was only 1155. Time was shorted and even if that included the extras I paid for, I should have had another 5-10 minutes since I was taken back late.

Expensive for the service and amenities.

Therapist did not ask for feedback on pressure, so was not as firm as would have liked. Session ended abruptly.

The only thing I felt dissatisfied by was the lack of dermaplaning. I did not ask about it though so I shoulder responsibility for that. I would have liked my facialist to walk me through/explain what she was doing, each step, etc. but understood she just probably wanted to create a relaxing environment :) overall I was really happy though

The consent forms were too long. The wrong forms were sent multiple times in emails. Too much information that I am sure the therapist never looks at.

Everyone at the spa was very friendly and helpful. However, my appointment started late and the time was not made up at the end which was disappointing since I paid for a full hour. The last 10-15 minutes of the session were also very strange with the person just touching/holding my neck and head and not a lot happening, it was awkward and didn’t feel like a massage. My last concern was that the room was not warm enough. I was quite cold just under the sheet and it made it hard to relax.

I never pick 'highly satisfied' for anything. Absolute perfection is rare enough and it's not like this is a thousand-dollar spa that I expect mind-blowing service from. The service did what it intended to do abd did it well enough. This was my favorite staff member yet. Previous staff have been slightly standoffish and unfriendly, but this one was great. She did use a bit too much skin lotion is all.

The massage was fine, the room and table were a little cold. Fort he cost of the massage, the ambience should be better.

The massage was highly enjoyable, as was the environment and staff. This was my first professional massage, so I was unsure of what to expect, but overall I felt that the massage could have included significantly more pressure by the therapist.
