The experience was fine, didn't strike me as anything super special. Massage therapist was competent but might not be my favorite, will try someone else next time.

was annoying to pause my membership. it took two phone calls because the person that dealt with memberships wasn’t available when i called the first time.

my favorite part about massages is the heated bed and it was broken, there were other rooms open too- the room was ice cold as well. I hyper fixated on how cold i was the whole time. I told the receptionist and she disregarded it.

I filled out a form stating I did not want a gluteal massage, but yet she did one anyway. I also said I didn’t not want full body but she still rubbed my legs. Weird shaking of my body to end it was bizarre.

I was anticipating some extractions, but did not receive any. Maybe I didn't need any but I thought there were a few that could happen, in my opinion. I left with some congestion still in the skin that I thought would be better treated. The esthetician did not ask as many questions as I anticipated, about the products I use etc and did not verbally let me know what each step of the facial process was as it was happening.

Staff were prompt and courteous when I arrived. Massage therapist was also prompt and provided service requested.

The price increase made me less interested in the services. Some massage therapists area excellent while others are fine or average. I'd like a reliable consistently good massage if I'm going to be paying a high price. I also am interested in Thai massage which is not offered.

The actual time of the massage was about 40-45 minutes when you pay and book for a 60 or 50 minute massage. The air conditioning unit in the room was very noisy and right by my head which made it difficult to completely relax during my treatment and made it feel a little cold.

The room had a portable air conditioner that was very noisy. It kept turning off and on throughout the massage. Which didn’t allow for a “zen experience” The music wasn’t soothing. The room was too cold and the therapist said she couldn’t turn it off.

I loved my experience! The only reason I said I will not be back in 90 days is because I’ll be moving and traveling
